Thank you for visiting and shopping at seedmusic.eu. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout under the following rates:

 

  • Spain Flat Rate:
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
    • Shipment cost: 2 €

 

  • Worldwide Flat Rate:
    • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days
    • Shipment cost: 6 €

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

seedmusic.eu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

seedmusic.eu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

 

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
  • We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

 

How to Return an Item

Send us an e-mail to hey@seedmusic.eu attaching your receipt and describing the reason of your return. We will contact you to continue the return process.

 

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

 

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund
  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued
