After his debut album Universo normal (Seed Music, 2021), an album where original jazz with certain Latin American influences predominates, followed by two record works that move like satellites of his own project (Los Fumeros -Seed Music, 2022- recorded with his father, the double bass player Horacio Fumero; i The Birth Of The Sea -Modern Obscure Music, 2023), Lucia Fumero takes a leap forward, free from corsets and labels and with creative freedom as a premise to reach folklore (Seed Music, 2024) and explain Fumero's link with his Argentinian and Swiss roots: "For me, creativity only appears from the no-limit. If you start delimiting a terrain, a style, a form, I don't like the result anymore."

Trained between Barcelona and Rotterdam, Lucia Fumero won the 1st Premi de Juventudes Musicales de España (2021) and the Premi a Mejor Banda Emergente de la Plataforma Jazz España (2022). Fumero regularly plays on the most eminent stages of Spanish jazz and has been invited to festivals such as the Barcelona Jazz Festival, Terrassa Jazz Festival, Getxo Jazz Festival, San Sebastián Jazz Festival - Jazzaldia, Jazz Festival de Cádiz, Madrid Jazz Festival, the Grec Festival (Barcelona) and La Mercè, as well as debuting in Greece (Athens Jazz Festival), Budapest, Germany, Hungary, Sweden and Portugal and the USA.

She has collaborated with artist and musician friends such as Rita Payés, Salvador Sobral, Sílvia Pérez Cruz, Fuensanta, Nico Roig, Xavi Torres, Horacio Fumero, and Magalí Datzira, among others.
