The piano playing of the Emporda native, Emma Stratton (Pals, 1999), is a mixture of singular virtuosity and musicality that demonstrates why she deserves a prominent place among the talents of her generation. Stratton offers an unusual communicative ability not often found in a musician of her years, a fact that turns each of her performances into a unique emotional journey conducted with mastery and respect for the listener. 

A student of Carlota Garriga at the Marshall Academy and of the prestigious Russian pianist Vladislav Bronevetzky at the ESMuC, Emma Stratton's musical personality finds the balance between the explosiveness necessary to play difficult, extremely technical repertoires and a musicality that never renounces good taste and stylistic rigor. This mode of expression was worked on in a particularly intense way during her master's degree in piano performance, which she completed in Hamburg in 2023 with professor Aleksandar Madžar, with whom she continues to perfect her technique and diverse repertoires.
